N Chandrasekaran, Chairman of Tata Sons, conducted a site visit to Tata Advanced Systems Limited's (TASL) upcoming defence Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility located in Bengaluru. The facility covers 16 acres with a built-up area of 15,000 square metres. Scheduled for commissioning by the end of December 2026, this development is part of TASL's efforts to strengthen India's defence manufacturing and maintenance capabilities. The visit underscores Tata Group's commitment to supporting the country's defence sector through advanced infrastructure and technology. Spread across 16 acres and spanning 15,000 square metres, the facility is scheduled to be commissioned by December-end 2026.
