These terms govern the use of Riddra's Real Estate research, project information, documents and practical property tools.

Google Maps features
Google Maps suggestions help you identify and review your own property address; they do not verify ownership, legal title or project approvals. Your use of these features is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
Research and educational use
Riddra provides Real Estate research, project and developer information, location context, regulatory references, documents, calculators and educational tools. Content is intended for independent research and does not constitute a transaction recommendation.
Information changes
Property information can change without notice. Users should independently verify pricing, availability, regulatory status, approvals, possession dates, legal or title information, taxes, loan terms and transaction conditions with the relevant official source and qualified professionals.
Professional advice
Riddra is not a substitute for legal advice, tax advice, technical due diligence, valuation, lending advice or formal property-title verification. Users remain responsible for decisions and professional checks before entering a transaction.
Accounts and permitted use
Users are responsible for accurate account information and secure access. Automated scraping, resale of content, abuse of forms or tools, attempts to bypass access controls and activity that harms the service are prohibited.
Commercial relationships
Riddra may in the future connect users with developers, channel partners or service providers and may receive marketing, referral, distribution or other commercial compensation where applicable. Any such relationship does not replace independent verification by the user.
User uploads
Users should upload only property documents and other material they are authorised to provide. Users retain responsibility for the legality, accuracy and permissions associated with uploaded material.
Paid digital products
Riddra may offer reports, templates, checklists, calculators, documents or research utilities. Product-specific access, delivery, refund or usage terms may be shown at purchase where applicable.
Third-party material
Official records and third-party sources remain subject to their owners' terms, availability and accuracy. References or links do not imply endorsement, partnership or responsibility for an external service.
