Riddra should not look like a random pricing mockup. The current structure is intentionally closer to a believable Indian launch stack: a generous free layer, a mid-market Pro plan, and a higher-touch Elite tier.
Auth activation posture
In progressPublic auth envs and admin credentials exist in app config, but provider dashboard activation and callback verification still need completion.
Payment and subscription truth
DeferredRazorpay configuration is still incomplete, but commercial billing commitments are intentionally deferred and should not be treated as private-beta blockers.
Support and transactional delivery
