We want users to know what is sourced, what is verified, what is estimated and what still needs confirmation.

Commercial relationships should never quietly change facts.

Private property information should remain private and under the user’s control.

For us, Riddra means Real Estate & Trust.

Riddra already has public research across multiple Indian cities, with Hyderabad as our first deep intelligence market.

We are building the model here with greater project, developer and micro-market depth before taking the same approach further across India.

The next chapter of Riddra launches January 1, 2027.
