If you experience a support, access, or assisted-conversion issue, write to the grievance contact above with your name, email, phone number, route used, and a short description of the issue.
For portfolio-review and SIP-start requests, include the lead form used and the partner or workflow you were routed through so the issue can be traced quickly.
This page is intended to make launch ownership explicit. It does not replace any final statutory partner-level grievance mechanism that may apply once a transaction is completed through a registered execution rail.
What to include in a grievance email
- Your name and contact details.
- The Riddra route used, such as stock page, portfolio review, or SIP start.
- The date and time of the issue.
- Screenshots or exact text of any error, disclosure, or redirection problem.
