Social sharing
Riddra uses ShareThis for sharing controls. Loading its script can send page, browser and network information to ShareThis and its service partners. Choosing a sharing service opens that service under its own privacy terms.
Google Maps property search
When you type a property name or address in the add-property form, Google Maps may receive that search text and normal browser request information to provide suggestions. Selecting a suggestion retrieves address details for your review. Your ownership percentages, purchase amounts, documents and private account records are not sent as part of Maps search. You can enter details manually instead.
Information we collect
Riddra may collect account and contact information, property enquiries, saved preferences where available, documents a user chooses to upload, support messages, cookies, device and browser details, usage activity and security logs.
Why we collect it
Information is used to operate accounts, provide requested property research and document features, respond to enquiries, remember preferences, secure the service, diagnose problems and improve Riddra.
Service providers
Riddra may use hosting, database, authentication, analytics, communication and security providers. They receive information only as needed to provide their services and are subject to their own safeguards and legal obligations.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and users should keep account credentials and sensitive property documents secure.
Retention
Information is retained only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and maintain necessary business and security records. Retention periods may differ by record type.
Your choices
Users may request access, correction or deletion of personal information where applicable, withdraw eligible consent, change communication preferences and choose whether to provide optional documents or property details.
