Larsen & Toubro says CPWD awarded it work on Common Central Secretariat buildings 4 and 5 in New Delhi, covering a combined 32.8 lakh sq ft.

A second government contract covers two office towers in Amaravati with basement, ground and 47 upper floors, totalling 37.5 lakh sq ft.

The company gives a 24-month completion target followed by five years of maintenance for Delhi, and a 30-month construction target for Amaravati.

These are contract awards and stated schedules, not evidence of completed buildings; L&T classifies the orders as “Large”, a ₹2,500–5,000 crore band, without disclosing exact contract amounts.
