Hyderabad recorded 5,620 residential property registrations in September 2026, down 15% from a year earlier, Telangana Today reports, citing Knight Frank India.

The reported September transaction value was ₹4,487 crore, a 7% annual decline. For January–September, the report gives 55,715 registrations worth ₹39,910 crore, with value up 4%.

The assessment covers Hyderabad, Medchal-Malkajgiri, Rangareddy and Sangareddy districts, and includes both newly sold and resale properties.

These are registered transaction figures from the cited assessment, rather than a count of new launches or an estimate of an individual home’s market value.
